Elizabeth Miner

Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 5, 2026

Miner Enterprise, LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit elizabethminer.net or take our Layoff to Launch program, how we use it, and the choices you have. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Miner Enterprise, LLC.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you complete a form on our site, download the Executive Transition Checklist, subscribe to our newsletter, book a call, or email us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and anything else you choose to share.

Information collected automatically. We do not run analytics on this site and we do not track you across it. Our hosting provider records the standard technical information any web server records in order to serve a page: your IP address, your browser and device type, the page you requested, and the time you requested it.

If you buy Layoff to Launch. We create an account for you with your name and email address, and a password if you set one. We keep a record of your purchase: the amount, the date, whether you paid at once or in installments, its payment status, and the version of the terms you accepted. Your card details go to Stripe, our payment processor, and never reach us. As you work through the program, we save which lessons you have opened and completed and how much of each video you have watched. If you fill in a workbook online, we save your answers with your account. Elizabeth sees them only if you choose to share your workbook with her, and you can stop sharing at any time. When you sign in, we record the IP address and browser of that session for security, and we count sign-in attempts per IP address to protect accounts from abuse, clearing those counts after a day.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you.
  • To deliver the resources you request, such as the Executive Transition Checklist.
  • To send you our newsletter and updates, if you have opted in.
  • To schedule and conduct the calls you book.
  • To keep the site secure and running as intended.
  • To meet our legal, security, and record-keeping obligations.
  • To give you access to Layoff to Launch, save your progress, and open each lesson once you complete the one before it.
  • To save the workbook answers you fill in online, and to show them to Elizabeth if you choose to share them.
  • To process your payment or payment plan, and to handle refunds.
  • To send you emails about your account: your welcome email, sign-in links, password resets, and notices about your payments.

We do not, and never will, sell your personal information.

Third-party services we use

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate the site and our communications, and your information may pass through them in the course of providing those services:

Vercel
Hosts this website and runs the functions behind our forms and Layoff to Launch. It also stores the Layoff to Launch workbooks. As the provider serving every page, it records the standard request information described above.
Mailchimp
Holds our email list. When you submit one of our forms, join the Layoff to Launch waitlist, or buy the program, your email address (and, if you buy, your name) is sent from our server to Mailchimp and stored there, along with a note of which form you used, that you bought the program, or that you finished it.
Calendly
Handles scheduling. When you book a call, Calendly's booking page runs inside a frame on this site. The name, email and answers you gave in the previous steps are passed to Calendly so the form arrives filled in, and everything you enter there is collected by Calendly under its own privacy policy and cookies.
Google Workspace
Hosts our email. Anything you send to the address at the bottom of this policy is delivered to and stored in that mailbox.
Stripe
Processes payments for Layoff to Launch. You pay on Stripe's own checkout page, under Stripe's privacy policy and cookies. Stripe passes us your name, email address, the amount paid and the payment status.
Neon
Hosts the database that holds Layoff to Launch accounts, purchase records, progress and workbook answers.
Vimeo
Plays the videos on this site: the welcome video on the homepage and the Layoff to Launch lessons. The player runs with Vimeo's do-not-track setting on, which stops it from setting cookies or collecting analytics.
Resend
Sends the emails from this site: messages from the contact form, and the Layoff to Launch account and payment emails. The email and its content pass through Resend on the way to the recipient.

Each maintains its own privacy policy governing how it handles your information. We do not use any advertising network, tracking pixel, session recorder, or analytics service on this site, and the fonts the site uses are served from our own domain rather than from a third party.

Cookies

Visitors who do not sign in get no cookies, and nothing is stored in their browser. If you sign in to Layoff to Launch, the site sets one cookie that keeps you signed in; it expires 30 days after your last visit, and signing out removes it. The lesson page also remembers in your browser where you stopped in each video, so you can pick up there next time. Both are needed for the program to work, so there is nothing to consent to or switch off.

If you follow a link away from our site, for example to book a call, to pay on Stripe's checkout page, or to one of our social profiles, the site you land on is free to set its own cookies under its own policy. That is outside our control and begins the moment you leave.

Email and unsubscribing

If you join our email list, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us. We will stop sending you marketing emails promptly after you opt out.

Data retention

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law, after which we delete or anonymize it. The technical request records our hosting provider keeps are retained on its own schedule and are not used to build a profile of you.

We keep your Layoff to Launch account, progress and workbook answers until you ask us to delete them, so your progress is still there if your access is extended. Records of purchases are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses of it. Regardless of legal standing, if you want your identifiable information removed, we will do so at your written request. To make a request, email us at the address below, and we will respond or remove as requested within 48 hours of receipt.

Records of Layoff to Launch purchases are the one exception to removing your information on request: we keep those as long as tax and accounting rules require, also after we delete your account.

International visitors

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process your information in the United States and elsewhere. By using the site, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your location.

Children

This site is intended for professionals and is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised, and any material changes will be posted on this page.
