Executive Transition Advisory

Move. Build. Launch. With Certainty. Executive Transition Advisory.

One-to-one guidance for the senior executive who intends to get the biggest move of their career right the first time.

Every engagement begins with a confidential call. No pitch, no cost, no obligation.

This is too important.

You have probably read the articles, talked to a few people who made the leap, and turned the decision over more times than you would care to admit. What you have not found is a way to be certain. A process rigorous enough to trust with the biggest move of your career. I’ve designed this for you.

What does it cost me if I get this wrong?

An executive who commits to the wrong pivot loses more than the pivot. 6 months of momentum. $50,000-$100,000 in foregone income, plus the income delayed while you find your footing. Worse, and impossible to price, is explaining to everyone why it did not work.

Structured guidance is the cheapest insurance available against that mistake. You have managed risk your entire career. This is the same discipline, turned on the most important decision of the years ahead.

The Operators Blueprint

How will I know I've got it right?

The work runs on a proven method I call the Operators Blueprint. Five stages, in order, each one closing risks along the way to the final result. What changes now is the criteria that used to be dictated by your role, the mandate, the market. Now they have to come from you, while you build something that does not yet exist. The Blueprint builds those criteria to the standard you already operate at.

One thing before we start. This only works if you want the truth more than you want to be right. I will tell you what I see, including the parts you may not want to hear, because that is what this decision is worth.

Here is what each stage provides.

Stage 01

Every strong operator runs on a blueprint built over a career, a set of instincts and assumptions that got you here. This is where we make them explicit for a new environment, so you can see which are genuinely yours and which simply came with the role you have left. You choose the ones you will build with, carrying nothing inherited that does not serve this next move.

Stage 02

The standard used to come from the mandate and the industry. Now it comes entirely from you, for something not yet operational. Here we turn the judgment that has served you into a set of criteria you can run any opportunity through on a first read. You build a decision matrix you own, sharp enough to sort the serious from the noise at the speed the moment demands.

Stage 03

This new terrain offers a wealth of options and few signposts. Here we run your criteria against the opportunities already in front of you, and against the possibilities we surface, some you may have never even considered. The directions worth your risk stand out, the ones that would cost you show themselves early. Your result is a curated list of options that are both possible and genuinely yours.

Stage 04

This is your dev environment, a private sandbox where you take the curated list and give each direction real form, building it out far enough to see which ones have the value to break through. Working it through in private is freedom and insurance at the same time. You keep your options open and your reputation clean while the real vetting happens off the record. At the conclusion of this stage your options are narrowed and ranked, the weak ones eliminated where it costs nothing to be wrong.

Stage 05

Before your name goes anywhere near your final choice, you work on breaking it on purpose. You stress-test the finalist from every angle, in private, so the only thing that reaches daylight is what held up. This is the discipline you have always brought to high-stakes calls, aimed now at the biggest one in front of you. You complete this stage able to commit fully, because the decision has earned your conviction.

What do I actually walk away with?

At the conclusion of this work, you will have a clear roadmap for the next 90 days and a matrix to run every future decision through. You will have criteria you can apply again and again to any opportunity that comes after this one. You will be confident in your decision and able to welcome feedback from anyone, because you know the work behind your assessment. You will have earned your confidence from the process and walk in the authority that comes from knowing exactly what your next move is, and that it is the right one for you right now.

The choice is yours.

The two-day in-person Immersion

Prefer to move faster and face to face? The two-day Immersion compresses the entire Blueprint into two focused days, in Puerto Rico or at your location. This is intense and fast-paced, and in two days you leave ready to launch on whichever day you choose. It starts at $12,000, and more details on this option are available here.

How do I know this works?

I have sat where you are sitting.

I worked alongside founders inside a boutique law firm, then managed subsidiaries at both Thermo Fisher and Apple. When I left corporate, I built this business working with entrepreneurs. I know the altitude, and I know the road down from it, because I have walked it myself and guided others down it for more than a decade.

Still have questions?

  • You don't have to. Not knowing yet can even work in your favor, because it leaves room for more options to surface. The framework brings those options up, and we work through them together to find the best way forward.

  • You set the pace. Weekly sessions over a month and a half, or two focused days in the Immersion. The framework is built to be efficient. There is real work to process, and how fast you move through it is yours to manage.

  • You can always move forward without an advisor. Every great athlete and every major CEO has advisors to help them perform at their best. Why would you not give yourself the same advantage for a move this important?

  • The advisory is $5,000 at the limited access rate, and $6,500 at the standard rate. The two-day Immersion starts at $12,000, with the full breakdown on its own page.

The next step

Ready for a conversation?

Every engagement begins the same way, with a confidential call to see whether this is the right fit and the right time. No obligation. If working together is a fit, we talk about how to begin. If it is not, you will still leave the call clearer than you came in.
