In one focused hour, we evaluate your situation: where you are coming from, the challenges and constraints in front of you, and what the landscape actually looks like from where you are standing.

Following the session, you receive a written Executive Transition Assessment. This is not a set of automated notes. It is a document written by Elizabeth that reflects what she heard, what she observed, and what she recommends, including any resources she believes will be useful at this stage.

From there, some clients move into the Layoff to Launch program. Some begin ongoing 1:1 advisory work. Some find the session itself gave them what they needed. This is not a sales call, it is an opportunity to experience each other, talk through your circumstances and receive personalized feedback. For some, this may be all they need to move forward. Elizabeth will tell you candidly which she thinks fits.

Layoff To Launch

A structured advisory program for recently displaced executives deciding what to build, what to pursue, and what actually fits their life.

This is not a job search program. It is not a startup accelerator. It is the work that should happen before either of those. Most people skip it.

Moving fast because the financial pressure is real is understandable. It is also how executives end up six months into the wrong direction. Layoff to Launch is the structured pause that makes everything after it faster and more intentional.

The program is available in three formats:

Layoff to Launch: 7 live 1:1 sessions over 8 to 10 weeks. The full program at a sustainable pace.

Layoff to Launch: Accelerated 5 live 1:1 sessions over 5 to 6 weeks. For clients with a compressed timeline.

Layoff to Launch: Immersive Two days of intensive on-site 1:1 programming, either at your location or in Puerto Rico. Priced individually based on travel.

1:1 Executive Advisory

For leaders who want a trusted thinking partner as they build, lead, or navigate what is in front of them.

This is not coaching on a schedule. It is access to an advisor who has been on both sides of the table, who asks the questions others are not asking, and who works with a small number of clients at a time so the attention is real.

Engagements are structured around what you actually need. Some clients bring a specific challenge. Some want a third-party who is not inside the organization. Billed at an hourly rate for ongoing work.
