What Clients Say
LOOP 1 the buffet, the choice overwhelm
How do I know what to put on my plate, and what to leave?
A career transition sets a buffet in front of you. Every option has something real going for it, and for the first time in your career, nothing arrives with a label telling you which one belongs to you. Deciding has always been your strength. Standing here, with everything available and nothing obvious, is the first time decision has not come confidently.
LOOP 2 rule out the easy answer, then the cost
What if I bet on the wrong direction?
It is not that you have forgotten how to make a hard call under pressure. The executives who struggle most with this are rarely short on options. They are capable, credentialed, and used to being the most decisive person in the room. The question that stops them is simpler and harder than any of that. How do you know which option is the best one to move on?
Guessing wrong is expensive. A wrong move here can cost you $50,000 and six months you do not get back. This is the one decision where moving fast and moving right are not the synonymous.
LOOP 3 the reframe, the disappeared fixed point
Why do I keep running the same loop?
When the job and the role were defined, everything was clear. The company's goals set the target, the mandate set the scope, and the market told you what good looked like. Now you are starting something new, and everything is open.
That fixed point is gone, and for the first time in years the standard has to come from you. Building from scratch is likely different from anything you have taken on before. That is the real reason a capable person stalls here. It is not a failure of nerve. It is the absence of a reference point.
THE WORK results first, then the machine
Will I ever feel clear again?
Everything comes into view when the criteria are defined. You stop weighing every opportunity from a blank page. You move faster, because you know what you are moving toward rather than only what you are moving away from. You walk into rooms with the authority that used to come from the title, except now it comes directly from you and the direction you have set. The move you make is one you can defend to your board, to your spouse, and to yourself, because it was chosen against a standard rather than grabbed out of pressure.
This is the feeling that comes from doing the foundational work before you develop the concept. The foundation is a framework that turns a high-stakes, emotional decision into a systematic one, so you commit on evidence rather than gut.
What it looks like in practice:
We start with a conversation about where you are and what you are weighing. From
there, we discuss the path that would fit you best, even if that path is not working with
me. My framework with my guidance moves you from a dozen open questions to one
decision you can defend, with the reasoning behind it in your own hands.
THE CREDENTIAL altitude through proximity, not claims
Who can actually help me through this?
You find someone who has stood where you are standing. My work lives in the moment after the old chapter ends, where you sift through what is left and build the next thing from it. I have done that work from more than one seat.
I started inside a boutique firm working alongside founders and early-stage companies, where you see every mistake and every breakthrough up close. From there I moved into the corporate world, managing more than 700 domestic and international subsidiaries at Thermo Fisher Scientific, and I finished my corporate career at Apple. From the startup floor to a company the size of Apple, I have seen how this plays out at every level and in every size company.
When I left the institutional seat I combined all of the knowledge and experience into this venture, helping others build companies of their own.
I have sat where you are sitting, and I have made the move you are weighing. I know the altitude, and I know the road down from it, because I have walked it myself and guided others down it for more than a decade.

THE DECISION the stakes of choosing
Replace what you had
Right now you have two directions in front of you. One is to replace what you had with what you just left. You take the role someone else vacated, you do what has always worked, and you keep the shape of the career you built. In some seasons, for some people, that is the right and honest choice, and part of this work is knowing when it is yours.
Bet on yourself
The other is to bet on yourself. You build something that fits the life you want, something no reorganization can take from you, you make the calls and set the direction instead of following it.
If part of you has been circling this second path for longer than you care to admit, this is the work that tells you whether it is the right next move before you risk anything on it.
What will your next move be?
THE LADDER downstream of the call, Advisory first to anchor high
Which is right for you?
Every path starts with a conversation. The call is where we figure out which of these fits, if any.

Layoff to Launch
You have the experience, the skills, and some ideas that you have been carrying. What you are missing is the best way to get there. This self-paced program walks you through my proprietary framework to get you from idea to launch, on your own timeline and at a fraction of the cost of working with me directly. The workbook and the plan you build inside it are yours to keep. Payment plans available.

You leave with a written assessment of your situation, the next steps that move you in the direction we discussed, and the resources to act on them. The full fee transfers if you go on to enroll in a program. This is the fastest way to replace guessing with a plan you can hold.
