Strategic Design Advisory

A structured advisory engagement for executives ready to build what comes next with clarity and intention.

Capable people are dangerous to themselves. They can make almost anything work. That is not the same as finding what fits.

You have spent years developing real expertise, leading real teams, and delivering real results. That track record is not the question.

The question is whether who you have been is quietly limiting what you can see as possible next.

Most executives build their next chapter from the identity of their last role. The title, the industry, the version of leadership that worked inside a structure someone else built. It is the most natural thing in the world.

It is also how capable people end up building something that fits their resume instead of their life.

The speed at which you move into the next thing is not the problem. The foundation you build it on is.

This work is designed for one specific moment: when you are deciding what to build next. A new business, a new direction, a new chapter. If you are navigating that decision and want to get it right, you are in the right place.

Not ready for the full engagement? Start with one focused hour. The Executive Transition Evaluation is $500, credited in full toward any advisory engagement if you choose to continue.

What Clients Say

"The process itself was very raw and deeply reflective. That self-discovery has become a practical framework I now use to evaluate new opportunities."

Allan Litchfield, CEO, Litchfield Images

"She goes beyond business knowledge to the personal and mental attributes it takes to succeed. My decision-making process has become much more automatic and clear, and I feel more confident in my ability to lead and make high-level decisions. There have been positive tangible results from us working together."

Lincoln Pollock, Founder/CEO Arcwood Jewelry

"She has the rare ability to see what you cannot see about your own situation and tell you directly. She asks the right questions, challenges assumptions, and helps you see both the opportunity and the blind spots in front of you. What makes her different is the combination of strategic vision, practical advice, and emotional intelligence."

Daniel Narcisse, Product and Quality Assurance Director

What the Work Delivers

The Strategic Design framework moves through five stages: who you are, what you will and will not do, whether you are wired for ownership or for excellence inside a structure someone else built, which direction fits your life and your vision for it, and how to build toward it sustainably.

Seven sessions. A proprietary playbook worked through as you go. A completed Operating Framework and a 90-Day Roadmap when you are done.

A decision you made on purpose is the only one worth building on.

How The Process Unfolds

Session 1: Identity Discover who you are when the title no longer defines you. Surface the skills, instincts, and expertise that were always yours and never belonged to the company.

Session 2: Values Name the non-negotiables that will drive every decision you make from here. Not aspirational values. The ones that cost you sleep when they are violated.

Session 3: Alignment High-performing executives rarely lack options. This session cuts through the noise to identify which direction is the right one for you, not the most obvious one, not the safest one, the one that actually fits.

Session 4: Opportunity Generate and map every direction worth considering. Nothing gets evaluated yet. This is the session where you give yourself permission to explore without editing.

Session 5: Testing Run your top ideas through a five-year lens and a runway reality check. Find out which directions produce energy and which ones produce obligation.

Session 6: Vision and Mission Build the foundation that will guide every decision in the direction you choose. These are not marketing copy. They are navigation tools.

Session 7: Motion Translate your direction into a 90-Day Roadmap built around the life you actually have. The calendar goes in first. The business fills the space that remains.

A Note on These Engagements

I work with a small number of clients in this advisory work at any given time. That is intentional. The work requires real attention and real presence, and both are finite.

In recognition of the times we find ourselves in, I have opened a limited number of SDA engagements at a lower investment rate for the executives who are ready to begin now. These are not a reduced version of the work. The engagement is identical. The access is identical. The deliverables are identical. What is different is the investment.

Limited Access Engagements

5 engagements total  |  1 currently active  |  4 remaining

Limited access rate: $5,000; Standard rate: $6,500

When these engagements are filled, these will revert the standard rate only.

The Engagement Formats

The engagement delivers the same outcome in three formats. Choose the one that fits where you are right now.

Strategic Design Advisory: Limited Access Rate $5,000 (standard rate $6,500) - Seven (7) weekly live 1:1 sessions | The full engagement at a sustainable pace. Best for clients who want time between sessions to work through the material before the next session builds on it.

Strategic Design Advisory Accelerated: $7,000 - Five (5) weekly live 1:1 sessions plus one (1) follow-up session two weeks after completion (a $500 value, included). For clients who are ready to move and want to compress the timeline without compressing the work. The follow-up session is built in because moving fast requires a check-in once you have had time to apply what you built.

Strategic Design Advisory Immersive: Priced individually based on engagementTwo days of intensive on-site 1:1 engagement, at your location or in Puerto Rico For the executive who wants to go deep and move fast without the weekly schedule. Two full days of focused work that takes you through the entire playbook to expedite your timeline. Contact Elizabeth directly to explore this format.

A Note on Consulting and Fractional Work

Many executives in transition assume the natural next step is consulting or fractional work. For some it is.

But the market for both has changed significantly, and for some there may be legal considerations, including non-competes and contractual obligations, that affect what is immediately available to you.

AI is reshaping the consulting and fractional executive market faster than most people realize. Work that was straightforward to land two years ago is harder now. The executives doing well in that space have something distinct to offer and a clear sense of who they serve. That clarity is exactly what this work builds.

Whether you are building a business, moving into consulting, returning to a corporate role, or still deciding, the Strategic Design Advisory gives you the foundation to make that choice from a position of clarity rather than financial pressure.

The Work Guarantee

I ask for a commitment from the people I work with. It is only fair to offer one in return.

I have been using this framework in various forms for years and watched incredible results unfold. I know you will only realize this at the end of your experience and I want to remove some of your concerns.

The first two sessions are where we establish your foundation. If after these two sessions you are not satisfied with this process or feel this is not working for you, you are free to go and I will return your investment. No lengthy explanation required.

What I cannot guarantee is your direction. That is yours to find and yours to build. What I can guarantee is that if you do the work, what you leave with will be worth every dollar and every hour you put in.

Is This Right For You?

A few questions that come up, answered directly.

What if I cannot afford it right now?

This is a common question. The answer depends on what not investing actually costs you.

An executive who moves in the wrong direction for six months, whether it’s the wrong consulting niche, or the wrong next role or the wrong business idea typically spends far more than the cost of this engagement. There is both time and money spent that puts you further away from your goal. This opportunity exists to make that mistake less likely.

If you are reading this during the window when Limited Advisory Engagements are available, the limited access rate of $5,000 is the lowest this work will be offered. When those engagements are filled, the standard rate is the only option.  If $5,000 is still a real constraint right now, the Executive Transition Evaluation is $500 and gives you a concrete starting point. That $500 applies in full toward any advisory engagement if you choose to continue.

What if I already know what I want to do?

That confidence is worth testing before you build on it.

Most executives who come into this work believe they know their direction. What the engagement surfaces is whether that direction actually fits their life, their values, and the market reality they will be building inside. Sometimes the direction holds. Sometimes it shifts. Either way, the clarity and confidence you leave with is earned and tested rather than assumed.

What about consulting or fractional executive work?

Both are viable paths for some executives. Both are also harder to land today than they were two years ago.

AI has compressed the market for consulting and fractional work significantly. Executives doing well in that space have something distinct to offer and know their value proposition precisely. This advisory work builds that foundation. If consulting or fractional work is your direction, this work makes you sharper going in.

How much time does this require?

The Standard engagement is one 1:1 session per week over seven weeks, plus your own workbook time between sessions. Most clients set aside 2 to 3 hours per week total. The Accelerated format is more compressed. The Immersive is two full days.

The time you spend here is not time away from your search or your business. It is the work that makes everything else you do after it more effective.

What is the Work Guarantee?

If after the first two sessions you are not satisfied with your progress, Elizabeth will refund your investment in full. No lengthy explanation required. The guarantee is there because Elizabeth believes in this work and she stands behind it 100%.
